The agreement, in plain language.
What AskRITZ provides, what stays yours, what we ask of you, and — most importantly — what we do not promise.
01This agreement
These terms are between you and AskRITZ, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Using the product means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have authority to do so.
02What we provide
AskRITZ interprets what you ask for in ordinary language, decides which specialists are needed, coordinates their work, and returns a result. You are not required to know how to prompt an AI, choose an agent, or assemble a team.
Which specialists are actually available depends on what has shipped and on your plan. The product tells you the truth about this: a specialist marked In development is not available to you, and one marked Available is not working until it actually runs.
03Pre-launch status
AskRITZ is being built and opened gradually to early users. Parts of the product are prototypes. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn while we get them right. We will not pretend an unfinished workflow is finished, and we will not show you work that did not happen — but you should not yet depend on AskRITZ for anything critical or time-sensitive.
04Your content and the work produced
What you provide stays yours. Your business information, documents and instructions remain your property. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the product for you: to store that material, send the relevant parts to our AI provider, and produce the work you asked for.
What Ritz produces for you is yours. Brand directions, copy, website content, audits and other deliverables generated for your workspace belong to you, and you may use them commercially.
You are responsible for having the right to give us what you give us, and for checking generated work before you publish it. AI output can be wrong, and a confident tone is not evidence.
05What we do not promise
Stated plainly, because these are the terms most worth reading:
- AskRITZ produces drafts and recommendations, not professional advice. It is not a lawyer, accountant, or licensed adviser. Verify anything with legal, financial, medical or regulatory consequences.
- We do not guarantee that generated work is accurate, original, suitable for your purpose, or that it will produce any commercial result.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. This is pre-launch software.
- We are not liable for decisions you take based on generated work, or for losses arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
06Acceptable use
Do not use AskRITZ to:
- break the law, or help someone else do so;
- create material that deceives people about who produced it or who endorsed it;
- infringe someone else's intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality;
- attempt to reach another customer's workspace, or probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
- extract our underlying operating instructions, models or system prompts.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
07Plans and payment
Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and what it includes are shown before you commit. Access to specialists and capacity may depend on your plan. If pricing changes we will tell you before it takes effect for you.
08Ending the agreement
You may stop using AskRITZ and close your account at any time; until self-service deletion ships, email us and a person will action it. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. When an account closes we delete its business context and generated work as described in Privacy. Take copies of anything you want to keep first.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10Changes
We update the date at the top when these terms change. For a change that materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders directly rather than relying on you to notice.
